At your signal, we will contact your new employee to complete an information sheet with him. This sheet will allow us to learn more about his needs and we can then prepare a personalized file.
Two options are available:
Option 1 - The Right Start
1 video session of 30 to 45 minutes with your employee
After our meeting with your employee, we will send him a procedure to follow by email. This document will contain all the necessary contact details. He can then use this guide to carry out the steps on his own.
And if your employee wishes to continue using our services, then we will offer them a favorable rate.
Option 2 - Full service
2 to 3 video sessions of 30 to 45 minutes with your employee
You can choose to offer this service to your new employee. This includes:
- Finding accommodation, as needed
(home insurance quote and TAL guide)
- Transport from the train station/airport
(depending on city of arrivaland transportation)
- A welcome kit for a smooth arrival*
(local and ecological products)
- A neighborhood map
(services, shops and transport)
- An installation guide
(electricity, internet, telephone)
- Explanation of the Quebec health system
- Canadian banking and tax system, as needed
- Information for obtaining the SIN. if needed
- Post-arrival: block of 30 min. for the budget
(Delivery of a budget monitoring tool.)
*The kit will be delivered to your home before the arrival of your employee, if we cannot meet them in person.
